My Gratitude Chart


It's always so important for mindfulness to try and find something to be thankful for in each day - no matter how small it is! You can use these for yourself, your kids, anyone in the family and keep them to yourself or it can be a great family activity to open a dialogue about emotion and gratitude.

Printables are A4 size and can be printed on plan cartridge paper, or even laminated to write on with whiteboard markers for easy wiping clean and re-using!
